Kind of a necropost, but this whole chart is boss. Really helps you understanding how to escalate. From experience, hugging comes before holding hands easily. Some girls who are friends like to hug, some don't. Most do.

Also, here's a tip from fucking experience: grabbing her ass if she's shy=no go. Fucked this up twice, just don't. 3/4 of girls prefer the hips, eventually you can, justtt...don't unless you're feeling it.

It is and it isn't. It shows your intent. This also isn't holding hands the whole time your walking, like you might be thinking. This might be holding her hand for a minute after reading her palm, or taking her hand in yours while you're walking for a couple seconds, then pushing her away. It shows that you're interested in her as more than friends.

It's kind of situational. Let's say you're using your hands to emphasize a point in the conversation. You finished your point and you drop your hands and you "accidentally" brush your fingers over her shirt on her stomach. It's just like it sounds. Or (how I'd prefer to do it) you're playing with something on her shirt in that area while you're talking, and your fingers occasionally touch her stomach over her shirt. Both of these, along with ALL of the incidentals, are done absentmindedly. Neither of you should pay any attention to it until later.
