holy shit. When I see you, I see a perfect foundation for a masterpiece.
I see a rockstar. Dress like one. get both your ears pierced, I mean it. GET HIGHLIGHTS in your hair, and maybe even silver high lights. Quiet possibly red tips, or even red high lights. Experiment. You have great hair.
You definitely can pull off the rockstar look, so go for it in clothes. A lot of it is layering (wearing a long sleeve shirt under a t shirt, then throwing a zip up sweater over it) And wearing a cap thats brim is shreaded. Nice jeans
Accessorize! Get rings, necklaces, ect.
Get a cool vest, get some thermals. Keep your eyes open.
You really have a good character, if you can build on it your gonna be a superstar

Look up nikki sixx. But there are so many different things you could do to put on that "rocker edge". It's pretty hard to describe it actually lol. Best advice is to look up celebs, or people you see and notice their clothing, and decide weither it is a rocker look.
A rocker look has that flashy edge to it, a well balanced amount of accessories, matching and contrasting of colors, layering, while having a more upbeat toned theme. Do NOT mistake that for gothic or crazy looking - NO. Simply clothing that conveys a lot of sexuality and is flashy.
J dog has a great look as well.

don't get your hair cut, just got to a decent hairdresser, even if its more expensive, and ask them to style it for you.
don't get contacts, just buy better/trendier glasses
seein as you said you don't like skinny stuff an wana stand out. i'd recomend wearin casual blue jeans and a proper t shirt but thats got a crazy bright pattern
get some bright shoes too, not converse or vans, ther too common. maybe some nike air max's or sumin.
let me know what you like and don't like about this stuff.
