Okay guys, these are what should be your default settings on body language. these arent some advanced techniques or anything but mostly things that keep you away from bad body language.
-feet parallel shoulder width "rooted" into the ground. -lifted chest -shoulders slightly back and relaxed - neck back resting on spine -head up -slighlty tucked core -NATURAL arm sway -relaxed hands at sides -straight posture -independent body language -allowing her to orient her body to yours -strong eye contact -approval keeping body language -slow calculated movements and gestures -walk slow with a purpose -take up space -dominant sitting posture and walk -LEAN BACK -attractive facial expression (depends on situation) -keeping your composure -letting her come to you -Hold your drink (or anything else) at your side. not in front of you guarding yourself -HAVING A GREAT TIME WITH EVERYONE!

i found those d'angelo vids pretty informative
speaking of glasses, i recently got an eye infection and i can't wear my contacts anymore.
Do you guys think glasses are a big deal in terms of hindering my abilities? or is it mostly just me thinking that glasses are holding me back? The reason i ask is that guy took off his glasses in the video and the audience was saying that they thought his masculinity went up.

Well in the video, the glasses were just some of their personal opinions. Personally I dont think they would be a DLV. I think it is all in your head and you need to be comfortable with wearing glasses. Dr. Paul wears them and hes awesome. The only disadvantage i can think of is your eye contact wont be as strong.

i can hold eye contact pretty well. i mean im new to this whole scene so im still learning, and i realize most of it is just me needing to be more confident/comfortable around women.
yeah i was wondering if somehow they could be used as peacocking, but idk my glasses aren't that special so im not sure.

I have glasses but im just too lazy to wear them. I have contacts too and im too lazy to wear them xD
Extramask (twentysix) has this great routine where you go up to a group without glasses on and you put them on and ask if thats better, then take it off and ask if THATS better. Do this a couple times back and forth and it gets some giggles and "oh you look smart/oh its cute/no i hate them/i like pizza" then you can say "my mom thinks i look like clark kent from superman when im wearing them"
Just trying to incorporate your situation

mirroring is good for building rapport and builds subconscience comfort in early stages. I dont do it much, that i know of. It might just be internalized
