I always have a couple of pimples on my face. Always.
They're not big, unless I pop them too early on.
But what the heck am I doing wrong? I wash my face 3-5 times a day. I shower daily. I keep my face dry. I use oil-removing foam.
WtF mate.

Just look for anything with salycilic acid...Neutrogena makes good products. I wash my face in the morning and before I go to bed with an acne/soap cream stuff in terms of frequency.

There's pretty much nothing you can do, it's hormonal, and the pimples come from infection below the skin due to the blocking of the grease gland
google roaccutane, but only if you are willing to risk the side effects!! and make sure it's prescribed not bought off the internet, that could damage you badly

aaaactually..your diet doesnt have anything to do with how ur acne is. U could eat french fries all day and it wouldnt have much effect, unless you put ur hands all over ur face.
The main things that effect ur ace is -Hormones(uncontrolable) -Stress(semi controlable) -Cleanliness(controlable)
Working out may actually make ur face worse, from all the sweating you do
o ya accutane causes like birth defects and other weird shit.

My parents are both dermatologists.
I used to have bad acne, then I went on minocycline and I stopped eating dairy and drinking milk and protein shakes. I have no acne now.
Acutane has consistently produced great results for getting rid of acne, but also has been proven to dramatically increase bone age and is REALLY not good to take for anyone who still wants to grow. My madre proscribes it to her patients but would only let me go on minocycline, which is just an antibiotic and has no side effects other than a slight immunity to antibiotics.
As for the milk, this has not been proven in ANY scientific studies other than my own testing (...similar to this whole Game now that I think about it.) When I don't have dairy, I've found that I don't have acne. When I have dairy, I generally get a a couple pimples in the following week. But this is nothing compared to the breakouts I used to get in football season when I worked out like crazy and drank milk-protein shakes a few times a day. And the breakouts weren't because of the intense physical fitness either, because the rugby training I'm doing this season is much more intense, but my face is clear. So my milk theory is more than a theory, for me if not for anyone else.
Hope this has been a fairly definitive 'Acne' post.
