Chris is right about eye contact all being about validation and who's more powerful.
However the whole "FU" thing is very easy to counteract by giving a "You're weird" look.
There's nothing more hurtful than getting the disgusted look.
I personally dont like doing this. I'll just hold eye contact and when he looks away, I look away.

DUDE if a guy stared at me for 5 minutes i'd be creeped out too. It's pretty intimidating. Anyways, i'm sure it's fun  . I only look into people's eyes when i'm talking to them or else what's the point |

omg eye contact is so important if you want to out alpha someone. When ever you stare them down, they are beta to you, and will submit to you.
