Ok so i have been gaming this girl but there's this other guy who is also flirting with her and seems to be getting results. Now I am Alpha in that class but he sits right next to her and I'm 3 seats behind so it's harder to talk to her except before class and after class. Any suggestions on what to do?

Reddog's right. You can outpace him or AMOG him, preferably both. Don't talk shit about him to your target, because that's lame, just tool him in a friendly way (don't be a total asshole), and try not to let him interrupt when you're talking to the target.
