I didn't know where to put this one, because it's pretty general

Alright so it's been about a week of summer break, I'm 18, but I'm already bored to tears. I don't hang out with most of the people I'm friends with at school, and I really want to expand my social network and meet new people. Next week I'm starting volunteer crap for school, and my boredom now is most likely due to my idleness and temporary couch potato-ness. But what are some good places to meet new people?

We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.

i'm in the same predicament, although i do work out and play bball everyday w/ my cousin, but i haven't hung out w/ any of my friends. i got a couple of my friends numbers off of facebook (i asked them lol) and well i've been doing day game and meeting new girls (i'm sure you could do it w/ guys) i'm thinkin also at my gym i could make some new friends. malls, stores, restaurants when waiting in line. i'm just throwing things out there. be open to meeting people pretty much anywhere you are. also check online and see if there are any teen clubs near your area, concerts you could go to. really the possibilities are endless.

Dude, build your own life style man! I cant wait to get my license. You can go out and sarge, go to interesting things, go to concerts. Find out whats happening at your town, and go to it.

First you need to figure out what your identity is. If it is music based, then go to concerts and network from there.

And as far as clubs go, it depends on the club. Some clubs here in philly are 17 to enter, 21 to drink. Most are 18 to enter, but some are also 21. Just gotta look around dude

Fuck I wish I was 18 lol.
