Trun a Friend into a Girl friend? is it possible

i have a problem, i got this friend shes really pretty but i didn't think of her as gf material intill quite recently, i was wondering if you guys could help me out by telling me specific ways i could go about going from friend to gf..i know its hard but i want to give it a try....anways specific examples would be great!

srry im new to this what does LJBF stand 4 exacty?? and yeah i think she sometimes shows IOIs, well let me tell u how we interact, we have been friends for about a year now, and she is always begging to hang out with me, i usually act real uninterested at first, making her 2 want to hang out even more, friends have told me time and time again i could have had her if i knew what i was doing and how to act ,but anyways....my car broke down a while back so i have been careless for a while now,but that didn't stop her lol she ends up driving me all over town,too the pool and stuff,I filrt and tease her a bit, and she always smiles gives a playful slap on the wrist, idk if that's considered a IOI but every once and a while she complains about other guys being 2 clingy and stuff like that...anyways were just friends and i want to find a way out !

LJBF = Let's Just Be Friends. Yeah, that sort of clarifies the relationship a bit, you don't seem to be an orbiter (guy that hangs around with her wherever she goes), so you may have a shot there. Take the relationship a step back (hang out with her less etc.), if she wants to talk clingy boys, talk clingy girls. This will show her you guys have the same issues.

Lay off of her for a few weeks or maybe even a month this summer and then hit her up saying you guys are gonna hang out. When you hang out be this bundle of sexual energy (not creepy pedo sexual energy, playful sexual energy), do touches on her inner thigh to let her know that that is a sexual thing (once again do not do creepy touching...don't give value to the touch, make it seem like it is nothing...do NOT linger). Put her on your slow track, text/call/IM her like once a week, don't make her your main priority, go out and meet other girls as well (Pre-selection and stuff).

You're in a great posistion right now. Trust me, the lower waist is not a free for all area. you're friends are right, you can have her if you know how to act. What you need to do is, lay off the nice just a little bit. Start being unpredictable kind of. Like, One minute physical touching, then the next start texting another girl and asking her about it stuff like "I think she likes me, right?" If the girl gives you a funny text or w/e. You want to be as nice as you can, but at the same time being a man wanted by other girls, and her jealousy will kick in and eventually, the friend label can be dropped.
