Hmm... Well, I guess I'll throw my opinion in the hat.
What you need to do, is leave High School making sure you have no "what if's". That is the most important thing to do.
Honestly, unless you want to be president or something, senior year is a joke. I slacked the fuck off, I never did homework and still got almost straight A's.
Treat it like a social playground, but not when the teacher's talking because, well, then you won't be having fun when the teacher is always watching you...
Make friends with your teacher right away. Not the teacher's pet kind of way, but just joke around with them and make sure you participate sometimes, even if it's just a funny joke answer.
Talk to everyone.
And yes clubs and pageants are definitely a huge plus, but not necessary.
Make sure you just have fun and don't take it seriously and don't have any "what if's" because who the fuck cares? You'll probably never see any of those kids again.
