This little drug got me really interested.
I researched it a little bit and found that it's mainly used to cure mental diseases, but also muscle problems etc.
Looks like it's really legit.
For those of you, who have tested it: Does it have any side effects? How did your body react if you stopped taking it?
Because when I read about it, it made me think of it as protein for muscles. Rather than steroids.
It seems like it's totally harmless and safe. I think I'm going to talk to some doctors about this. If they can prove to me that it indeed is safe, then I'm gonna get a box.
So, any feedback?

No side effects at all, really cool.
I stopped after 3 months because the effects wore off.

Okay cool.
What about withdrawal effects? Did it have a good after effect or did you have a hard time withdrawing from it?

Got it, tried it about 6 months ago along with Alpha GPC. I think I wrote about it somewhere, but if you're interested in trying it look for the immortality institute nootropic section.
Virtually no effects. Slightly greater lucidity of thoughts and memories were a bit sharper. But it is really hard to notice. Don't waste your money on Piracetam, perhaps something like oxiracetam would be better, I don't know.

I've been using it for over a week now, and it does have noticeable effects. I take anywhere from 6-8 pills a day (800 mg each) and half of that in choline.
I have horrible ADD (not an exaggeration) and this gets rid of about 90% of it. It also seems to make me more focused in conversations - I've felt funnier, and had a better demeanor.
Some times I feel a bit foggy, but that might be because I take too much or don't take enough choline. I would recommend a minimum of 4800 MG a day for an average sized guy.
I recommend it, hands down.

check amazon.com
I'd recommend the pill version, even though it is a bit more expensive. You have to take it throughout the day, and powder would be annoying to mix.

I tried this, without choline, for the last 2 weeks of school.
Result: I was passing out in school, at random times of day, etc. I'm pretty certain it was the lack of choline.
However, I can say after these naps I woke up feeling amazing. The times that I wasn't sleeping or very tired, I was extremely social. My mind was also very clear.
I will be getting more of this, preferably in pill form (the powder tasted like SHIT) for my next school year, as well as some choline.

I bought piracetam because of this, and it directly impacted my concentration and grades. the secret as i soon found out was taking 5 grams every dose 2-3 times per day, and taking cohline otherwise you'll get mad ass headaches. also, coffee and piracetam don't mix. tried that and i got a horrid stomachache. 3 A's on math tests and counting. this shit WORKS

good sir, 5 grams is a bit much. 1 gram, with 1 gram aniracetam and 1 gram alpha GPC every eight hours is all you need. Ramp up to 3 grams for all 3 for 3 days as a megadosage and then do this for 2 months, take 1 month break, and then go back. The effects are cumulative and you wont fuck around with shit like headaches and stomach aches. I wont say that I have a single iota of medical experience, but when i use it my creative process becomes more easily accessible, but i run out of ideas much faster. If you smoke a bowl of our fav herb once a week it will combat that effectively without noticeable short term memory loss.
If you can only find the shit you need in powder get some vcaps because you will quickly stop consuming it if you have to taste it.

Found this after reading the first post, not sure if it's been mentioned. "A lot of people are foolish enough to go at the entire process 'dry'. What do I mean by 'dry'? Well, to take Piracetam without anything else, right before studying. What does this lead to? Oh I know, I know very well. Hunger, lethargy, headaches, brain fog and quite surprisingly, very vivid dreams. What I gave you was just half of my entire stack. It also isn't enough to take everything all at once. Mixing Piracetam and Choline in one gulp? Bye-bye 8-hour sleep energy. This is my protocol: During your last meal right before bedtime, take 1 gram of choline (I use choline bitartrate, it is cheaper and easier to come by). Choline is a neurotransmitter that has a high concentration in the hippocampal region of the human brain. It is necessary for learning and memory. Piracetam seems to, well, in a figurative sense, speed up the enzymatic deactivation of choline. When this happens, brain fog and lethargy ensues. Which is why so many of us find it difficult to study right after an intense workout: Choline plays a role in the occurrence of muscular contractions. Upon waking up, eat your first meal, an hour after this, take 2 grams of Piracetam along with 500 MG of ALCAR. Piracetam's half-life is 5-6 hours. Seven hours after your first dose, take 500 - 1 g of Choline, wait another hour and take your second dose of Piracetam, which should be the same as the first. Now this is the tricky part. How do I keep myself from falling asleep during my long study sessions? By taking in approximately 150 mg of Caffeine. Piracetam is unique in a way. Usually, when people take large doses of Caffeine in one sitting, after 5 hours, a crash ensues and all hell unfolds. With Piracetam? Nope. It has yet to happen to me. The energy I get is continuous and smooth. I also don't seem to go through Caffeine withdrawals anymore. Well, provided my dose is relatively stable and consistent. Have something sugary like skittles or chocolate on hand. Your brain will be working overtime during your study sessions, this will keep your energy levels up throughout the entire process. From a Bodybuilding perspective? I quit lifting for a week to focus on my studying. I subsisted on your typical meal and an abundance of sugar treats and snacks. Result? I lost a lot of weight. I have yet to conclude whether or not this was fat or muscle. But my strength hasn't changed to be honest. If you have any questions, ask away. Sidenote: I have topped two long exams already. The first was in a class filled with 150 students, the latter with 30 students. Believe it or not, Piracetam works." From forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136903713&page=1
