simple version 1. Cleanse: wash your face with a mild cleanser, NOT soap. Soap leaves residue and can cause pore blockage, actually making ur acne WORSE. make sure the cleanser is really mild and for acne prone skin.
2. Exfoliate: Exfoliating is just getting the dead skin that would normally shed of thousands of times in a second (or some amazing shit like that, a million times a minute bla bla). There are two types of exfoliaters, physical and chemical. Chemical is good because you cant take off more skin (supposedly) than what is dead, whereas with physical, like scrubing with a rough rock, can rip off dead skin and if used too much, alive/good skin.
3. Moisturizer. use a moisturizer with spf in it even if u have oily skin
4. Treat: put on prescription shit if u want
5. Stop worrying. Acne is natural for teenagers and it might not go away completely.
also girls don't car THAT much about acne cause most of them have it at least a little bit

I got this stuff called Retin-A from a dermatologist. It's basically topical vitamin A and acidic paste. It got rid of all my pimples in 6 weeks, and I have nice skin now. You have to wear sunscreen with it, though.

Any ideas for body acne (chest, back, etc.)? I have prescription medication for my acne and I moisturize, but I really want to speed up the removal of the acne I have on my body.
A lot of the time, it's the insecurity of it that keeps me from getting laid.

go to ..................... acne.org ..................... and use the technique the guy invented. I think its awesome that ...just like theres puas figuring out girls to a science, there are guys with acne problems figuring out pimples to a science. Benzoyl Peroxide. 2.5 benzoyl peroxide is a a chemical which kills bacteria...the bacteria that causes your pores to get blocked. You get acne because your hair follicles get trapped under your skin. Benzoyl peroxide causes your face to become irritated, and you may peel. A moisturizer will help you with the peeling though. Yeah dude helped me out. my routine that is working is 1.I use clean and clear cleanser use it in the shower when my pores are open 2. after I get out of the shower I put on some 5% 2.5 benzoyl peroxide 3. I then use 99% aloe vera gel from trader joes it works the best and is natural 4. at night same routine but mark treatment instead of benzoyl peroxide

Skin care has main three factors such as cleanse, exfoliate and moisturizer. Somebody told me that wash your skin with little harm water is the best way to protect skin. Is this right? I think best care to use natural products for skin care.

An added benefit is that the gentle pressure is calming to the nervous system. To give yourself a dry brush exfoliation, you'll need a soft, natural bristle brush. You might also opt for special sun-protective clothing, which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays while keeping you cool and comfortable.

For a really great, totally tried and true and as basic and as natural as it gets acne solution, everyone should check out Acne.org. It's got some of the best advice and most honest/correct information about acne and treatment that I've seen on the internet. Look at the program, one of the main focuses is on the importance of not scrubbing too hard, in fact he suggests just feather-light touches to your skin when you wash - something other acne programs never mention, although it is VERY important.
If anyone's thinking about using any of those 3-step acne programs, like proactiv, or any of that shit, you must be retarded. Haha sorry but those products are out there for the sole purpose of getting your money (they're EXTREMELY overpriced). They might work for some people but believe me, it's not even close to worth it. And if your acne is mild enough to be cured by proactiv, then it's most definitely mild enough for the Acne.org treatment, which is much easier, and cheaper if you buy the guy's products that he sells (which are pretty much the same shit as proactiv, and with less chemicals.)
However, I'd say the bottom line is that if acne.org or any other topical OTC products don't work on your acne, haul ass to your nearest dermatologist pronto. They'll hook you up with good shit, like retin-A as Volt mentioned, or if it's really bad, even accutane. Accutane is no fun, it dries you out like a motherfucker, but I used to have REALLY fucking bad acne, and a year after accutane, my skin is goddamn beautiful. It's safe to say accutane literally changed my life. I wouldn't even be here right now, I wouldn't even be TRYING to go after girls if I still had the same confidence level I had when I still had all that pre-accutane acne. So get on that stuff asap if your situation is bad.

Thanks for sharing a great tips. For your black head there are several black head scrubs out there. Some like Noxema assume to plan added for teenagers again adults. You could consistently use the strips, but those are painful.

While many popular skin care products are adapted by government aliment and biologic agencies, the capacity of the boilerplate derma affliction artefact can include harmful chemicals such as artificial preservatives.
