Anyone who has watched the entire thing, somewhere in the first 2-3 episodes he talks about how he'll teach you later on in the seminar about how to get into state instantly... I have not watched the whole thing, can anyone post how he does this

in the Flawless Natural videos there's this thing called the Woo Clap
You scream "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" as loud as you can and clap.
Get's you in state pretty effectively.

Yeah, but it's not really practical for school. Well I guess you could do it in the car or something. Lol, that's kinda funky.
Right now, I want you to stand up. Raise your arms above your head, smile, and take a deep breath. Keep smiling.
That gets me in state.

it's not really about getting "into" state, but just getting rid of all the distractions that are preventing you from being in state. as bruce lee said, take what is useful for you, and discard the rest. and i say go for the woo clap, by practical you mean what, normal? fuck normal, i like awkward better. call me an awkward advocate  there really is no credible evidence to call it impractical. anything goes bro, do whatever it takes to get yourself into a feel good mood where you don't care, think of a time when you didn't care what other people thought about you. |
