I've been wondering, is it the Results that make the PUA or the mindset/Inner Game that makes the PUA? Since I have 1 of the two..

Inner game.
Results are nice and definitely help, but if you have solid inner game, results don't matter. All that matters is if you're having fun and everyone around you is having fun.

It's a mix of both. You can't call yourself a PUA with just inner game and no results. On the flip side, you can't call yourself a PUA with just results and no inner game. My personal opinion rests on both of them being an interdependent relationship (depending upon one another for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle)
But I agree with Aaron that in a sense Inner game is wayyyyyy more important than the results you get. So by working on inner game, you've solved the bigger "problem" already. However, results also play a key role, so i wouldn't say that they don't matter. You can't just talk the talk, you also gotta walk the walk. I mean, if you keep doing the same thing over and over again with awesome inner game and you're not getting results, you have to reassess the problem by using common sense and your own reasoning. Some things can't be fixed by inner game, usually logistical or factors that are beyond your control.
So for the most part, inner game's 80% essential, but you can't forget about the last 20%.
