Hey guys,
When I started PUA I focused on inner game first, so I developed every aspect of my personality. My life, my health and my maturity, (David D's Deep Inner Game Program is amazing)
Anyway, to the post.
I used to be skinny, I mean, skinny as hell. It took me over a year to research all of this, but I FINALLY found a way for skinny guys to get healthy, and a way that works.
Now I wont lie, it is said to be 4 times harder to get gain weight than to lose it.
Anyway, here is what you need to do:
1) increase your testosterone.
2) Get a healthy diet.
3) Go to the Gym. (Not necessary, but it will help a lot)
Now you may say I HAVE TRIED ALL THAT! I know, it is not that simple, so let me explain further.
1)TESTOSTERONE TIPS:

Besides that, try to take Zinc. Get some from the pharmacy (dietary supplements)
Reduce your soy intake, this help a lot too.
2)HEALTHY DIET:
This is probably the most important one.
MOST guys who are skinny are skinny for a reason. YES it is because you east too little, BUT not in the way everyone thinks
Let me explain:
There are three food types: Carbs, Proteins, and Fats
Carbs are bread, cereal, junk food, etc. Basically whole grains and shit
Proteins are meat, eggs, pork, any food which comes from animals.
Finally, GOOD fats are: NUTS, BEANS, and type of fat WHICH IS IN SOLID FORM (not a liquid) is what you NEED!!!
Most skinny guys east too much carbs compared to protein or fats.
What you need to do to change this is not to start eating like crazy!!! That will have a worse effect and cause you to get a beer belly.
What you need to do is gradually start to eat more GOOD FATS (not liquids) and protein.
This is a problem, because skinny guys eat less than other (obviously) so you have to increase you food intake gradually.
I want you to do this:
1 - Buy nuts. I do not care which are your favorite, buy a truckload of them. Use them as a snack. Have them with you at all times.
2 - Buy protein, yea, buy the protein people use after the gym and drink that. Contrary to popular belief, they are good for you, since you cant eat so much, they will help increase your protein intake WITHOUT making you barf.
NO, powdered protein is not bad for you, its extremely good. Doctors use it to increase the weight of unfit born babies. People think the powder is bad because of the huge ripped men on the container.
3 - East one banana a day
YES, IT IS THAT EASY!!!!
BUT you need to keep this up EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!
If you doubt what I am saying please visit your nutritionist and ask for a personalized diet, it will help a lot. She will probably prescribe more fats and proteins though.
By the way, you may be thinking I DON'T WANT TO GET FAT THOUGH!!!
Dont worry, you wont, The good fats just makes your body wider and stronger. Most guys have long necks, and tiny upper bodies. This is not a coincidence, this is because you have no fat. You will begin to see your body grow sideways in a very natural way if you eat GOOD fat only.

This is not necessary, but it will help you grow faster. YOU CANNOT however gain any muscle without FAT!!!! That is why skinny guys going to the gym does not help, you have to get fat first (and protein) AND THEN your body can grow.

This will help out NON skinny guys too.

The good thing is, the confidence you get is not superficial, it is the best type of confidence because you worked hard for something and finally accomplished it.
