What I'd do.

Pluck your eyebrows, everyone does it, I do it....after a year of shaving them because no one told me to pluck >.<

Don't wear a hat =P

Now for the girly stuff...

But, use hair products, your hair has no volume, try going for a volume and hydrating shampoo with a good conditioner.

With better eye brows, better hair, you'll get that sexy super model loook, then all you need is the right top and bra.

Try going for either a push up bra with a tight shirt so your not slutty, but still hot.

Or a sexy lace bra that "oops you forgot the lace can show" with a low cut shirt. Not too low, your not a slut.

As for a boyfriend, thats easy.

Learn to flirt. xD

I'll start thinking about it for you, and get back to you in a week.

Everyone is attractive, we just all need some type of work.

But this picture's kinda old I forgot to mention. Back in the summer. I know how to wax/pluck eyebrows this just happens to be one of those pics where I hadn't in a while. And I know how to put on make-up, I just don't do it that often. I love make-up, but who needs it everyday?

Anyway, feel free to give me more input. Unfortunately, no matter what you say I will take everything you say offensively. A lot of people will. Especially women. It's just the way the world works.
So, if you straight out say things to women that bluntly, I hope you know what your in for. 'Cause most of us take it seriously. Depending on the level of their self-esteem.
