History of the High School PUA Forums

Hey Everybody, I was wondering about something and can't get it off of my mind: The history of the HS PUA Forums.

No seriously, there have to be a ton of backstories to how this site came to where it is today. Like Krystallnacht getting banned and coming back and How Gay used to be Puagod but changed and i don't know what else, so i figger we should develop a thread towards it.

Originally on the Venusian Arts Forums, I saw Grape make a post, and in his sig he had a link to here, me being a highschool-er clicked it, and the rest was history...

I never actually did thank him, he is the head man behind everything that goes on here.

it is pretty interesting once i think about it...

we started up in june i think.. only had 35 members by the end of august since school hadnt started.

and then school started, Gay had owned AP Seducion at the time, but i guess it wasn't very active.
so a lot of people from there moved to here, all of which were very very cool people like Andrew and Luc and Dream, etc.
They were at about the same level I was. i promoted those to contributed to staff. blablabla

Also, a flood of rAFCs came up PUAF because i started up a myspace pick up contest on there and forced people to sign up on this forum, for promotion haha.

We wanted to do something big. So we started up HSPF Projects. inner game, etc. all of us were improving.

and then all the cool people started to leave as the new flow of PUAF high schoolers came in due to difference of 'forum culture'.

and then we made cool skins for the forum.

and then Gay came back. and then he revived AP seduction and wanted me to merge, but sadly it didnt happen.

and then he left for a bit, and the forum was kinda quiet. same old same old.

and then we restructured the forum, made it a lot more interesting with boards like "The Hairy Vagina" where you could do anything to want, which is now the General Board which steps out of PUA and onto simply fun and social stuff.

Kristallnachte joined, kinda started to be an asshole. but he's not that bad anymore..

and then Gay came back. and now we're all chill. the forum's very active with 45 members on per day, and people are trying to be nice to each other.

but i feel like Chris and Dream and Robocop also have stuff to say.

One thing led to another and I cant even remember How I got here. but hey, Im here anyway =D

02/04/93 Gay was born.

He was allmighty and all knowing.

He created a forum to share his knownledge, called AP-Seduction. About a year ago. We had many members but summer came around and it died.

Then november I recreated it, and Dream told me about this forum.

Shit happened and shit happened.

Basically, like everything else in this fucking world, I created this forum.


So. I'm fucking jesus.

This is probably the best the forum has ever been, well done all of us.

haha i'll give my story.

JULY 6TH... FORUM'S B'DAY!!! I think i joined two days later after i
saw a link Grape made on the pua forum. There were only a few
active members until about september when Grape and i made
some posts on other forums. I went over to AP and made a post
and a bunch of guys like Paetar, Dream, Nine, and some others
came over. I PM'd Pae about Gay and where he was, he had no
idea. Finally Gay came back after "quitting pua cuz girls were
being bitches" XD. Some people didn't like Gay very much
coughAndrewcough XD. Gay ended up leaving and coming back
as puagod and no one but Nine (as far as i know) knew it was
him. Early 2009 Gay revealed himself and made a new account
aside from puagod, everyone's cool now. Andrew hasn't been
on in months because of an LTR. Kristallnachte has been the
forums most recent asshole, but personally i think he is cool now.
Now here we are with this skype thing.
I love this forum! to me, this is not a forum but like a circle of
brothers. I know a ton of the members personally now and we
are all really good friends. duuuude. Grape. Thanks for making
this forum man. you are one siiiick individual.

Back to fucking chemistry (summerschool =( )

I joined in around October and that was one of the times when the forums were really booming and all the shit with Gay had JUST ended when I joined and to me he seemed like a smart guy, so I was sad to see him leave even though I didn't know him. Then comes along puagod and the Online Game section booms. Gay (puagod) really was the best, but I practiced and I got pretty good (now my online game surpasses my life game, so there's a bit of incongruency with that which I'm working on). Then puagod said he was Gay, everyone was like "wtfhow?" and then Gay stayed for a bit, said we were all assholes cuz we wouldn't put up with his egotistical shit ;P (<3) and he left again. Now it was around November/December and the forum was dying down a bit. By January almost no one posted, including me, cuz I was experimenting different stuff with my one-itis at the time. Came back near the end of January and got the forums rolling again by posting in EVERY thread almost haha, and that's acutally how I got my first rep, from Grape who said I was the only thing keeping this forum alive xD. That's how I got promoted too, Grape thought I was posting a lot and bringing a good vibe to things =D

Anyway, around February, lots of new people started joining including Nutrick, Banya and Mandrake and the forum became what it is now. Not much has changed since February besides maybe the activity level in some members (since it's practically summer now) and of course the skill level, I've been improving a lot and literally, this forum was the best thing that has ever happened to me, in my life. I wouldn't be who I am now without the HSPUA forum, this place has literally shaped me. Thank you Grape, I love you, no homo =D

I feel the same way, though I haven't had much time to get to know everyone through AIM and no one on the forum seems to live in Toronto

NOW, to add some nerdiness to this thread...

There;s this scientific study that proved that different types of apes each have a different sized frontal cortex in their brain that allows them to have close mental relations to a specific number of other people. For humans, that number is almost exactly 150. Human brains can only feel like they know everybody in a social circle if that social circle is under 150 people.....like the forum....

I think that's one of the great things about this forum. It's not like PUAF or ASF...it's just a bunch of band of brothers getting together for a guy talk about getting girls.....+ Jana

It's one of the things I'm going to miss when the forum becomes for college kids too
