I'm not usually a big on for going on forums stuff like this, but I figure I need to do this in order to improve my game faster.
Anyways, my name's Brody and I guess that I'm an rAFC now. I'm not sure how much I appreciate the label, but i respect the need for names like that haha.
The way i found this community is because of a situation i found myself in because of my AFC ways. What happened is that I was seeing this girl, but I'll admit now that i was whipped. This girl, we'll call her the grabby one, was overbearing to say the least, would force us to hang out EVERY single night.
Needless to say, it was really fucking annoying, and i started looking for a way out. so, on new years eve, i thought i had found that opportunity. This other girl, the tall one, about an 8, was giving me HUGE ioi's. Since I had a thing for this girl many times, but i never seemed to be able to get anywhere with it, I thought that this was my chance.
So i hit on her the rest of the night, and it went pretty good (besides the fact that grabby was there... that was just a shitload of drama, not all undeserved but..). So i decided to drop my girlfriend, which never goes as well as its supposed to, in this example, i got a bit of a player rep, because i fucked her after like 2 and a half months(no need to tell me how fucking square that is) and so she decided that everyone needed to know.
Because of the combination of that, and my one-itis, my chances were done for. throughout this entire ordeal, i had been looking up answers to my problems, to which i had found nothing but advice written by girls(i found out how just how shitty that advice is lol). eventually i stumbled on to a article about kino, and at that point i began to notice a slant towards all of the advice. It became very technical and full of references to things i had never heard of before. All this information intrigued me, so i dug deeper into this, eventually hearing about mystery and his TV show, leading me to find stuff on style and his book. so i read that, and i was just amazed.
I've been reading this stuff for a while now, and it's been slowly improving every aspect of my life. However, i need to feel a better incentive to start doing this stuff, and by joining this community, i can give myself that push in the right direction to becoming a PUA a lot quicker than if i were just an observer of it.
Now, don't get the feeling that I'm in this just to fuck 10's (though I won't protest once i start to), the reason I'm getting into this is because I need to improve my social life. Right now, my social life is weak, but me being able to analysis situations better has helped me so much since i started enacting the psychology parts of game(inner game and group dynamics) about a week ago.
Anyways, that's enough from me, but I hope to see you guys on the boards!
