Look there is and proverb "Stop trying to control everything,and just start enjoying life" . You cant be good friend with everyone ,you can have few really good friends,many party friends but you cant make them all full of you 
. And if u have problem with contacting girls which were in contact with you before and you are not now in contact there are many ways to ,,reconnect,, .For example Facebook,phone call or just instead of saying hello in school or wherever ask her how she is,what is she doing tonight.Guys u need to be confident about talking with girls,its just wall in your head telling you that its awkward to contact them after so time...
