Ok so there is a girl I like a lot and I have talked to her somewhat but, I flirted with her a lot of the time. After class I walk with her a little bit usually until we part I gave her a hug the last few times. I was thinking she was liking me more then the other day tells me she is going to meet some guy thats been texting her and said he was kinda cute. Later after class she walks extremely fast and doesn't say word to me when leaving and I was alright I had planned on asking her for her number. Then again it happens barley saying a word. So i'm thinking she maybe liked the guy she met and I know don't want to do about it. Or if shes just ignoring me to chase her but, after if I got her number. I was going to ask her out after about a couple weeks when I get my job. Since I have no car though I didn't want to ask her out without anything to offer.

You waited too long. The opportunity has surely gone passed. I would suggest mirroring her behavior whilst working on your inner game. And then once you get to the point where she notices how confident you've become and reinitiates or you stop making excuses ("nothing to offer"? What? Are you going to shower her with gifts? Be her personal chauffeur? Come on dude!) then it is time to pursue her again.

For now let her have her fun with her boy. There's nothing you can do about it now.
