Thats impressive for only a month, your looking a lot better, I can see you've got rid of some fat, and a lot more muscle, especially on the arms. It looks like you've got a lot of potential, If you can keep up a good rate of hypertrophy after the newbie gains period and get your bodyfat down even further, in 6 months time you are gonna be JACKED!

Definitely using this to keep myself motivated during work outs.
Good job man, keep it up.

Well...I work out every day I can. Which is everyday, for a few hours. I work Chest one day, Shoulders another, then Arms, Back, and Legs. 3 hours a day, eating my body weight in protein and carbs, you'll get there.

Protein shakes, SuperPump250 before I work out, and muscle milk.

Do you have a specific routine? That's some damn fast progress. I've been body building for a week now lol (just started). I'm actually seeing minor results.

Yeah man I do. I have a strict routine made to do all sorts of muscle tonage/bulkage. Its totally crazy. I'm talking three hours at the gym every day, one rest day a week.
Good shit. I think I posted one here earlier.

legit work, man. How do you like SuperPump250? I'm torn between trying that, Fast Twitch by cytosport, or Fast Fuel.
also, just fyi - you actually build muscle when your not working out, aka when your muscles are recovering. Its great that you crush 3 hours a day, i love that, but be sure that your not working the same muscle group on days where it is already sore. If say your chest is sore and you workout your chest again, you won't gain as much of the muscle from the workout that you did last time you did chest. in other words, its almost like your robbing yourself of the hard work you put in by not letting your chest grow before you crush it again. not saying that you doing that, but with 6 days a week in the gym for 3 hrs, wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. If your having trouble recovering, try recovery supplements such as BCAA's or a Glutamine/Creatine stack. good luck kid
