Here are some hints that will help you in the gym and get you that body that you want. I'm an amateur MMA fighter and train everyday, and I know how hard it is to push yourself. Follow these tips and you'll be amazed.
1. If you think you can't do one more, do it anyways. That last rep isn't really your last rep. Keep pushing and get used to the pain. Learn to love it.
2. There is no shortcut... except steroids. If you want to pussy out and do steroids go ahead. But any other short cuts you think exists don't. Getting cut, ripped, jacked, whatever takes hard work and dedication.
3. Diet is more important than lifting. If you think eating a hamburger with fires is going to help than your wrong. Whether your fat or skinny, the proper diet is key to gaining muscle and/or losing weight. You have to stick to it by the letter.
4. Stick to your routine, no matter what. Whether your doing a full body or split routine, stick to it. If its not your scheduled day off, your ass better be in the gym.
5. Find a gym buddy. Its always better to work out with a friend. They will push you. Get you through that last rep. And spot you.
6. Protein. Eat a lot of it. Carbs - eat the good kind in moderation. Fats - limit to the good kind (ie flax seed, olive oil, etc). Real food is better than supplements. Get your veggies and fruits in, eat fish and chicken, and only eat carbs that are whole grain. Drink protein shakes and use creatine as aids, not as a basis for your diet.

These tips given by you is really nice, I really like these tips, I thin that they are really useful tips, which many people will really like , I like the fifth tip more, better to work out with a friend, I think that it is really nice.

The tips you're giving are good, though you can't just generalize. Think about it, all those famous powerlifters do different things - does it work? Yes, it does! They earn money by coming off as original, maybe because they're competing for something big. Basic tips, but yes. There's one I'm not completely with you on, though. Diet. As for you, MMA fighter, it's definitely the most crucial, since you'll HAVE to stay lean. Fact is, and will always be, the more you eat while lifting, the more you'll gain. You'll gain fat, too, but that'll get cut. As the dude from www.chaosandpain.com (and it's embarrassing I don't even remember his name) is almost famous for saying: You look as you train. He believes that more aggressive training results in a dangerous looking. Look at him. I wouldn't fight him.

These can all be applied to game.
Except the last one is Pussy. Always eat a lot of it, you need your body weight in pussy to build game.

These useful tips given by you is really nice, I think that while doing gym we should keep some tips in our mind, that is really useful for us, I also think that real food is better than supplements.

These tips given by you is really nice, well I think that Workouts at gym might be fun, You are not required to perform every possible exercise available at your health gym. Plan to focus on completing one well-executed exercise for each muscle group.

You forgot to add "Don't over train". If you work out everyday without a day of rest, you will cause your body to over train. This results in loss of muscle and stamina. A good rule is to work out every other day.

I agree scripts, but a more exact way would be if you workout the same muscles everyday you will overtrain that muscle.
muscles growth is compounded scarring from breaking your muscles from working out. You break them, and they regrow bigger.
so what you do is workout different groups and have a rest day once a week. Make sure to stay hydrated and have the proper nutrients and vitamins.
also try not to raise zombie threads from the dead folks.

I have a personal trainer that ive been going to for about 8 months now and he says just to eat lots. Anything at all obviously chicken is better then Candy but honestly were all still you and our bodies burn stuff a lot faster to enjoy those foods while you can just in moderation.
