Next, is my acne on these pictures like too much for me to be successful in the game? I am incredibly self-conscious of my head, so if I can literally clear up my head, then I will be much more successful.

Your acne is not that bad but if you don't like it get a good facial cleansing set up, some anti acne cream and scrub your face twice daily, apply the anti acne cream, and then apply face lotion.

This is actually a form of dead skin cells, clogging of the pores in the skin, cause allergies and inflammation. The final result of this process is a pimple outbreak. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically clean the skin, but do not use harsh abrasive cleaners. This will only exacerbate the problem.
