I've been looking around for awhile, and I cant seem to find anything about not allowing people your full validation. I need someone to explain in detail for me. I think grape posted something about "playing a game of validation can last a lifetime"...how do we do that? If you can please include an example. thnx  |

Other than that, when someone seeks your validation, only give it in moderation. Just don't always look at a girl when she says something. Ignore her.

only thing is, do not give off a negative vibe, or energy. please, that is the most important thing you can learn. always give off a good vibe and happy energy, this will make them seek more of you. do otherwise, they will seek less of you
