For me, I rate girls on Yes, No, and GET THE FUCK AWAY. I practice game only on the 'No's which discludes any form of kino greater than or equal to kissing. I'm not a dick or anything but I typically just ignore the truly undesirable women. I treat them nicely but I tend to just let them leave me alone.
The 'Yes's are what I really work on. My projects. These I will go all the way for.
The reason I rate this way is because, honestly, any chick under an 8 just confuses the fuck out of me so I don't even try to rate them. It makes it easier for everyone. I usually try not to judge women until I know them a little better, that goes both ways.
As for the pictures, probably spot on for 5. The "10" isn't *perfect* but a close 9 1/2. There's no way I would do anything with the 5, though. :/

And I would probably fuck the bottom one, the top one does look likes shes twelve.
