hmmm...sorry to double post but endurance high reps, sure, but its physically impossible to stay explosive past 5-6 reps. You talk about the endurance in water polo as well as the explosiveness...once again I honestly dont even know wtf you do in water polo but I sense a bit of a contradiction...

I completely agree with you when you say admixture movements are best to lose physique fat but the conditioning I acquaint is great for water polo as it replicates many of the explosive movements used in the pool.

start with running & add speed running intervals. I cannot run either but I require to start somewhere. I was one time hoping for more exercises I can do at home & work up to get in better shape so I can benefit from a gym workout!

slyman Water Polo is easily one of the more challenging sports exactly because of the mixture of endurance and explosive movements, imagine the explosiveness needed to jump in basketball or throw in EuroHandball and mix that with the hour or so of constant treading and wrestling and trust me I am speaking from experience (I am on the Junior Canadian national team) P.S. See you at Junior worlds this year DanZy?

Its gonna hurt your ego but if your in the gym do more reps with a lighter weight, so go for 15-25 reps and that will increase the fat your burning. Other than that the program looks good, definitely will help with what your looking for.

Find out the work plan to enhance muscle mass? If you have not made much of a small muscle or strength gains in the past period of time, take a step back and objectively evaluate your exercise program. Sometimes the most basic, simple exercise program works best muscle strength training can help you back on track to rise further, to break the plateau.

Heavy weight (doesn't have to be ridiculously heavy) and compound excersises help alot. Squats, deadlift, military press, bench etc burn calories, build muscle and improves your althleticism.

Toss in some cardio and you should be good, but I do recommend you search it up on google so you find a balanced program.

Yes it's a bit of a bodybuilding workout but that's for the physical presence needed in the water, when you see some of the guys playing (eispecially the south african guys) you'd agree with me. I do like the foam rolling you do as well as how you split your workouts.
