there's a girl in my school who i've been talking to, and kino'ing for a couple days. theres another guy who she talks to too, hes jacked to the point where people accuse him of taking roids, and he's some sort of model-type-thing... anyways, in all honesty, putting my inner game aside (my inner game sucks already), i dont think i can compete against him. he flirts with her too and whatnot. should i push forward? or back off and move on?

my classes SUCK ASS this year and nobody good looking is in any of em. so ill have to break outta my comfort zone and cold approach.. any advice on that too?

Lesson I learned a while back. THE OTHER GUY DOES NOT FUCKING MATTER. If you want this chick then pursue her. If it doesn't work from there then move on. It sounds like you are stuck with inner game problems. Everyone is terrible with inner game at the beginning. Just nip that in the bud right now, and go check the Confidence board. Cold approaching in high school may make you seem like a weirdo. A lot of high school girls will feel insecure around some stranger walking up to their table. Although your classes may seem like duds, try and build rapport/friendships with all of your classmates. The social networking should get you into accomplishment intros to some HBs. My social tips in a nutshell. Not as detailed as I could be, but it is the basic idea of High School "approaches".

As for your inner game. Read some stuff in the confidence section, you essentially just need to accept who you are and have confidence. I found after that and getting some new experiences the rest sorta comes to you. There's all sorts of posts on the Internet and this site.

Dude exactly what Jester said fuck the other dude. When I was REALLY an AFC I used to think about how much competition I must have for going after a girl. What I learned is if you escalate and what not you have a good chance of her liking you. Your closer than you think bro dont give up now haha and YOUR the prize, not her remember that.

Haha, no kidding. Don't EVER care about the competition. No one has better chances than anyone else. If you start worrying about competition you will NEVER go after any girl, that's a promise.

Inner game is simply inner game. All you have to do is get over AA. If you want to strengthen your inner game, like CanadianKid said, go read some knowledgeable books/posts. Even if they don't really teach you anything, I've learned reading books makes you much more confident.

To get over AA, just think about you and the girl together, or everyone in the room in their underwear, etc... whatever works for you. I usually just shut off my thoughts and walk towards her. Then, once I've made the commitment, my inner game just comes out because I have no other option. When you're stuck in a situation, your brain goes into overdrive to get you out of it. It works for me but it may not for you. I never rehearse what I'm going to say.
