I guess this fits in with confidence because it's not personality and it has to do with your thinking. Anyway....
This is about asking yourself positive "how" questions when you run into a problem.
Most people have negative mindsets when they are dealing with problems. For an example, let's say a guy is trying to attract a girl, but he is not succeeding in doing so. The typical person would think to themselves "what is wrong with me? why can't i do this?" That is a negative question that will not help you at all.
Instead, try asking yourself a positive "how" question. "how do i do what i want to do?" Let's take the example above with the guy trying to attract the girl. He should be thinking "how can i create attraction?" That is a positive question.
When you ask yourself "how" questions, such as, "how do I do what I want to do?", your mind will AUTOMATICALLY search for answers and you will always be able to find a solution.
Stay away from negative thinking all together and get into positive mindsets that will bring you answers.
