"Old Man and the Sea": a classic. It's different from Hemingway's other work, but imo it's a must read. Also read the "For whom the Bell Tolls" by Hemingway, it's pretty beast. "Whitefang" and "The call of the wild" by Jack London: Both awesome works. One is about about a beast being tamed into civilization, and the other is about a dog embracing his wild side and returning to nature. "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" by Hunter S. Thompson: Based on his own experiences, it's about a journalist who goes to cover a story, but blows all his money on drugs with his lawyer. Awesome adventures follow.
