Hey boys just finished watching DJ Fuji's speech at the Under 21 Convention. He talks about step you need to take to be successful whether it is in pickup, school, sports or anything else. This is the breakdown of the principle: Discipline Aggressiveness Training Execution DisciplineThis basically means that you do what needs to be done even if you don't want to. E.g. I need to go infield to test this new routine but I am not in the mood to go sarging. If you have good DISCIPLINE you say fuck it; this is what I need to do, so I am doing it. AggressivenessThis can also be called being Proactive, If there is something you want you go get it you don't wait for it to come to you. E.g. You are looking for a summer job? You don't wait until the last week of school to start looking around, you decide what you want and go get it, NOW. TrainingThis means seeking out the training that you need to accomplish something. E.g. I want to learn how to play guitar so I either go to a teacher to get training or I go look at youtube at guitar tutorials. This also applies to game, I need to learn how to open so I go out with some guys that are better than me and see what works for them. ExecutionThis is actually doing what needs to be done. E.g. I will go sarging and execute my game plan, I will actually go open sets, et c.
