We can all be real for a second here. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE misses out on opportunities because of approach anxiety also known as the dreaded "AA".
There's all that junk about survival instincts and getting clubbed in the head and exiled from the tribe. That's all fine and dandy but no one gives a fuck about that
Anyway,
For this week we're going to work on destroying your AA. Gentlemen and gentlemen, here comes the real boot camp.
I'm going to take a toll of everyone who stops doing the boot camp at this point because it actually takes effort and make fun of them relentlessly and make their rep -9999.
I want you to do 15 approaches. 15 absurd approaches.
By absurd I mean, approach a girl and talk about your love for blackberry preserves, your toothbrush collection or something of that sort. Instill in your mind that this is about having fun, not "picking up girls". If you are having fun, and carefree, you won't be worrying about anything and as we all know, "the person who doesn't care about the outcome often gets that outcome".
There are NO excuses for not doing the approaches. You have a week to do it let alone a weekend. 15 approaches. Make them weird, make them unique, make them fun.
If they go somewhere they go somewhere, if they don't they don't. The point is to associate approaching attractive women with having fun. You should enjoy approaching and meeting women, not fear it.
