Alright, here's the deal... Girls are a big part of my life, I have to be around them or talking to them. Especially right now when I can't play sports...

I have cancer, legit. However, I'm going to be okay and I feel great. The problem is, two days ago my hair started falling out. This honestly is the biggest problem out of all of this I've faced. I'm going bald, and I don't know how to deal with it. I've never wore hats before, but some friends told me a flat bill facing forward looked alright on me right now... And I've got to find something to get the attention away from my baldness. I'm losing confidence, and I cannot hang out with girls that don't know my situation right now, because I don't know how to explain the ugly hair. Should I leave girls alone for the remaining month or two of chemotherapy? Should I go grab some hats and experiment with them? Maybe Hat+Shades? I can't do hoodies anymore, because it's 60+ degrees out now. I don't have the confidence without my hair. I could probably throw a picture on here later, if you feel like that's needed.

Dang man :/ Not really sure what to say about that. I mean it sucks that you have cancer but for real, just try explaining it to chicks you hang out with. Bring it up in a subtle way. Girls are extremely understanding. If you tell them you have cancer, they'll probably be on wrapped around your dick faster than if you had a long, flowing mane.

Dude, one of the best skills in life you can EVER learn is how to own your actions and everything that happens to you. No lie. My life changed 360 when I started owning things.

Also, you said you're losing hair... I'd recommend (if you haven't yet) to just shave it all off asap. Trust me, you probably don't look that bad bald. In fact, a lot of people look pretty cool bald. I shaved my head a few months ago ON PURPOSE. Yeah, no other reason but just to shave my head. Definitely shave, don't just let it fall out long.

You seem like you're using your looks as a crutch. You should be able to be confident around women without hair... Seriously, you have cancer and you're worried about your hair... I don't know what to think lol

Just do you. Live your life as normal. And if anyone asks, tell them exactly what's going on. Don't let it affect you. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

Ahh bro, I've shaved my head. It was nasty seeing large clumps of hair falling out. I've got like cm long hair now, falling out... May just rub it all off
I know saying this will strike a lot of PUA's on here bad, but the one girl I actually care about(more than a fuck buddy) said I looked good without my hair. She said I look more masculine. I'll probably find a way to be chill about it. I haven't been too worried about it until tonight. Kinda wanted a reason to try out a snapback Anyway, thanks guys!

I'm sure the story can help me pull some girls. However, I do feel like I have the more awkward cancer to talk about. Testicular... On the flip side, it does bring some humor into the conversation. I think I'm going to shave my head completely, and be bald. Right now my hair is like light in some spots and dark in the other and it bothers me. It'll be all good. Honestly isn't worth fretting about because it's over by the middle of april, basically.
