I'd gotten overwhelmed with all the PuA material I have and decided I needed to get down to basics. My minimalistic approach: focus on three books. Then I can move on. With all the material/resources out there (and the shady places that give you access to all of it at once), it's easy for our rAFCs to get overwhelmed. Point someone in the right direction. Tell us about 3 books that drive your style and why they rock.My three are: Mystery's Venusian Arts HandbookThis is the foundation of a lot of pick up material. I'm going to ignore the whole "do this, say this" for the sake of not turning into a social robot, and pay attention to the tactics and psychology of it. Swingcat's Real World SeductionI don't actually have this (yet), so I can't give any critique about it. I'm going with it mostly because Grape told me to read it, and I want to be just like him when I grow up. David DeAngelo's Double Your DatingI fucking love cocky funny. All I can really describe it as is FUN. Andrew, and some others I think, pulled me into CF when I asked them about their styles, and they've got me hooked.

Those are the exact 3 books I recommended to someone today.
I don't focus on "what do I say" stuff anymore but rather on "what kind of person do i become" so it'll all be natural.
Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power & Art of Seduction Get a good description of the real world and never be picked on or used abusively again. Learn how to control others and play to your plan and seduce women.
Leil Lowndes' How To Talk To Anyone A good book with 92 tips on being more successful at socializing. It goes over loops, body language, eye contact, convo tactics, and more.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming for Dummies NOT for seduction. Focuses more on self-improvement and achieving one's goals. Focuses on how someone can set goals, take action, and hold in emotions for the better. Focuses on how to be happy. REALLY happy.

Attraction Code by DiCarlo. -> That what will make you stand out. Really influenced me in the past, but now I can't find time to read it. Too bad, I really should.
Game Acceleration System by Sinn -> What will make you better. Sinn is handing this out for free, and I think that it's really great. You can get so much great advice for free. I love those guys.
Principles Of Attraction by Adam Lyons (the free version) -> The REAL pickup guide. Rough guidelines, allowing your identity to be used as material (the ONLY REAL MATERIAL you should use), but at the same time detailed enough to help you. Follow it and you won't screw up.

I prefer Natural game so i just improvise loads cos canned material doesn't feel right with me, to paraphrase mystery "attraction is about creating an attractive lifestyle" and these are the basis of my game......
1. The Game by Neill Strauss - A classic and great introduction to build from, basically brought me to where i am now and if you analyse Styles personality you can get some pretty advance concepts out of it...
2. Cocky and Funny by David DeAngelo - not a book but much more important to my game than anything else i've ever read gives you the exact mindframe you want to enter the interaction with, FUN!!
3. Conquer Your Campus by Mark Redman - great structure to build on and helps avoid that "weirdo pua" trap some fall into.

magic bullets is pretty good read, but if you search through scribd you can get pua notes - the unfair advantage free which is packed with all the magic bullets routines and loadsa new material (only skim read through though) ... erm I think your talking about venusian arts revelations, in which case yup.... most reviews seem to say its old mystery with new Mehow, so I'd say skip it and go straight for "get the girl"...

Venusian Artist's Handbook (been said)
Swinggcat's Real World Seduction This book is really underrated. Swinggcat is the guy Style named Grimble in The Game. Most of the things that you think Mystery made, he made. And he explains them better too.
And lastly, IN10SE's Secret Principles of Pleasure.... If you don't know what to do once you get in bed ( old me), this is fucking great. Plus, it has some good sections on kissing and kino.
And I like Grape, but I have to disagree, if you want a basic introduction to non-seduction NLP, read John Seymour and Joseph O'Connor's Introducing NLP. I'm halfway through it right now, and I already have learned a great deal about controlling my emotions and (already far too intricate and detailed to explained or understood in any other language than that of my thoughts) philosophies. The writing is beautiful even though it is, for the most part, a textbook.

It's the same information, so why waste your time. Also, I've heard really good things about Hypnotica's Sphinx of Imagination....even though that's a song, not a book.
