you should of kissed her on the lake but than you gave her an opportunity to "escape" your "trap"*
now you got two possibilities 1. she's waiting for you to make the next step even though you agreed to being just friends 2. she friendzoned you
if it's the scenario number 1. escalate if it's 2. forget about her, she'll come back
*sorry for a stupid metaphor

I know, I screwed it up. Should have held her hands too instead of just putting my arms around her shoulders. How do I know with scenario am I in? I planned to tell her that I'm not interested to be friends tho

Sometimes women want to see what a man will do when they try and friendzone him. It might even be a test. You cannot be like every other guy.
You must show her that you're different, and won't do anything to be around her like some guys do. The NC for a while is a good idea and then after that just pick it up fun and flirty. A good reply to the LJBF is "I'm not in the market for friends right now"
You just have to escalate as well as being unavailable. After a while of NC just try and start the whole process again with heavier kino. The holding hands thing might have been a deciding factor in this. Try it out next time

Try it out next time i already told her that im not interested in being friends and now we arent talking. So i guess I either wait for her text or i should just forget about her

Don't go out of your way to see her, but if you do, play it off as friendly and cool, like nothing happened. If shes still not interested, forget about her. There's more fish in the sea. Took me a while to learn, but true.

I need some advice. It has been more than a week since we last contacted each other. Before that I promised her to pass her a certain book as she was going to give out tuition and I want to honour my words. Should I break the NC with her to pass her the book?

No, you're fishing for excuses to talk to her. If she wants it, she'll come get it.

Hottie doggie, you currently have three threads you're asking the same questions in. Only ask it in one. You've gotten an answer personally from me in at least one, now 2 of them. Please do not double post or triple post in this case from now on.
