You must show her that you're different, and won't do anything to be around her like some guys do. The NC for a while is a good idea and then after that just pick it up fun and flirty. A good reply to the LJBF is "I'm not in the market for friends right now"

i already told her that im not interested in being friends and now we arent talking. So i guess I either wait for her text or i should just forget about her

Don't go out of your way to see her, but if you do, play it off as friendly and cool, like nothing happened. If shes still not interested, forget about her. There's more fish in the sea. Took me a while to learn, but true.
