I was watching a trailor from under21convention with Braddock and he was talking about "buzz." (Alek reffered this clip to me)
Braddock's definition of buzz was this: when girls are talking about you while you are not there.
He said this is CRUCIAL for social circle game (and therefor, HS game) and I can certainly see why. He claimed it is just about the biggest DHV that can happen in social circle game and with that there is no need for DHV stories or telling people how cool you are, which is somewhat required in cold approaches (subtley of course).
One thing Braddock did in college that created a ton of buzz was he was the coach to some frat football team. This made a lot of people know him and talk about him. So when he mysteriously" showed up at parties that his targets just happened to be at, they had already been talking about him and that gave him a TON of value.
So how the hell can we get those girls, and even other people talking about us? Well that's what this thread is about. Different ways to "court" attention and get girls to talk about you to other girls. So let's make a list, ALL OF US. I want your guy's help on this to find as many ways to create buzz as possible, considering it is EXTREMELY helpful. I will start it off.
-Peacocking. Dressing differently and uniquely can get girls talking
about your style. Some guys may even help you out by ripping
on you behind your back.
-"buzz flirting." I just came up with this term but Braddock
described it as just going from girl to girl flirting with no
"objective" (#close, etc.) and being funny so they start talking
about you.
-Musical performance. This one actually depends on some stuff.
playing the cello in front of the school is probably not gonna
get you much value. usually "cooler" stuff will, like playing in a
band. However, there is something I want to point out that Alek
and I talked about. Doing this is more of a "value amplifier."
It increases already existing value. Doing this when you don't
already have a decent reputation could easily just look try-hard.
-Being good in sports. If you were the hero of last nights
basketball game by making the last second three pointer, that
is sure to get people talking, but only temporarily. To make this
last, you actually have to be pretty damn good.
Thats all i got for now. Remember what I said about temporary buzz. It will be good for now, but it's not gonna last a whole while.
COME UP WITH SOME MORE STUFF AND ADD TO IT GUYS!!!!!!
