If you want to really higher your gpa go to www.wikibooks.com and look for a mini book called how to become a good student. I used to be a total afc when it came to my grades, seriously, i was dumb, but this book helpedme higher my grades from D'c and C's to A's and B's. Hope this helps

it's simple guys. no need for a book. people just need to understand that school isn't meant to be a cakewalk, and you should actually take homework seriously. study and comprehend, don't just study to memorize!!

What i noticed is, If i want to get a higher mark, I will get a higher mark. Last year, i promised my mom that my average will be more than 90%, and my average was 93%. The same thing happened to me on grade 5, 6 and 7, and these are not in middle school. In grade 6, we studied calculus.
I think it has to do with a goal, determination and a prize in the end. My goal was to get higher marks. I was determined cause all my other friends got higher marks then me. And my father always promised me something i really wanted. Like in Grade 5, he got a the new MOTO RAZR, which was the coolest phone of the time.

If you want to do better in a bio class do what I do, watch House! Granted if you're not like me and remember each disease and it's symptoms after watching the episode once it may not help XD

In grade 6, we studied calculus. What the –––? Is there something I'm missing here... And about the grades, man, just don't procrastinate on shit that will never help you get anywhere. PRIORITIZE. Say that you're going to do your homework this week, and if you don't do it during the week, this will take away from your time to game because you'll have to do it on the weekend. The sooner you finish your work, the sooner you get to do whatever you want. The threat of not doing your homework affecting your time to do fun things really helped me stop doing shit like watching Family Guy and South Park and Friends and Seinfeld and all those shitty re-runs they play on TV. Now I actually do my homework, and I've got high nineties in the courses I like, and low-mid eighties in the courses I don't like. My courses are intense too, all grade 11 and 12 courses. But a rich man doesn't need to say he's rich... There's a difference in grades between the courses I like and those I don't like, because I do better in a subject when I have a higher enthusiasm. It's like learning game, it's something I feel is important, and I have a strong desire to learn. That desire is what propels us to victory. That reminds me, I should do those two assignments due tomorrow. Peace, boys

I just forgot, is your GPA based on your quarter grades or semester grades?
