Hey guys. Major change in my life. I have quit wreslting to get a job and do more with life. I have a problem i need to keep in shape or even get better. I wrestled to bulk up and now i dont want to do it anymore. I have settled on 50 clicks a day on my bike ( i used to do 40 a day and weights for my arms. Note: I am currently unable to sleep and have gained 7 pounds in a week because i'm reajusting to the lack of excercisse since i dont yet have my pass and am used to filling up more because i burn it. Any advice!? Thanks!

with wrestling you need heart, and balls man. Pride, and dedication. Thats what will get you the wins, wanting it.
Put to kids together, ultimately the kid that wants it more will win.
Sorry to hear that man

eh, there is nothing like winning a big wrestling match. You put 2 guys together, two guys that are in good shape, the same weight, both know wrestling...and are both very good, and to kick his ass big time...such a great feeling.
Do what you want, but there isnt a sport like it ;p

Except maybe hundreds of martial arts, which are probably more effective. Where do you think all the wrestling that works came from? It was invented by little old men in Japan.
You should try them man, they're great fun

That is what my Dad told me, he made it to the olympics in wrestling, and is a worlds master in judo & sombo.
And generally speaking that is how it works.

Wrestling actually is a martial art, the term encompasses many more fighting styles than only those that originated in Asia.
