there is a difrence between being honest and seeming creepy. I'm not the kind of guy who goes and tells a girl that I know "hey nice tits" my morals and respect for that person does not allow me. If it goes with your personality to tell the girl "nice tits" then do.

That's how I operate. Honesty IS the best policy. Girls appreciate it more if you're honest. Although sometimes, honesty can get you into trouble, and sometimes lying is the best course of action.
