Are there any lifts that can be done to increase the width of the upper arm? Vertically, my arms are fine; decent biceps/triceps, but they're really narrow.

Where your hands are positioned with the palm going away from you (forward) and the back of your hand towards you.
Standard grip pull-ups are nearly all bicep, but reverse grip give shoulder and upper back workout. The shoulder buffing will 'widen' the arms.
