"That which you resist will persist." -unknown
According to some eastern philosophies (and RSD) resistance is actually an emotion, and not a good one to linger with. If youve ever seen a crisis or been in one, youll notice the guy that is taking control of the situation has accepted reality, not resisted it. Everyone else is freaking out thinking to themselves "no this cant be happening!" and they are resisting reality. What good is that gonna do you? None. A big part of being a leader is simply accepting things the way they are, accepting yourself, accepting women the way they are, and accepting reality.
This applies to inner game a ton. Especially when it comes to getting into state (more on state later). The downside of having the education of getting into state is you will try to force yourself to get into state. This is resisting the fact you are not in state and you will only push yourself further away from getting into state. NOT GOOD. The first step is to just accept things the way they are, go through the motions, and not to even the mind the fact you are outta state.
So stop resisting things guys! its killing you if you are!
