ok, i was thinking about this today, whenever im in a group of 3 or more friends and we're walking/standing somewhere, i prefer to be in the centre... makes me feel more important and powerful amougnst my friends (lol)
do you think that being in the middle/front of the group displays higher value??
Also, i was walking around a suburb today by myself and i thought "what the hell, im gonna try this", so i stuck my chest out and pulled my shoulders back a bit to create a more confident look. Straight away i felt happy... like i needed to smile. i was amazed lol. i walked past these two HB 7.5s, made eye contact with both and kept walking until i got to the bakery anyways, i turn around and they were both staring at me and whispering. i ordered my pie and turned around again, they both walked into the shop (which means they had to turn around and walk back 20 or so meters) and they looked at me, got embarrassed and pretended to be thinking about what they would buy, by discussing which lollies they would get.... lollies in a pie shop... noobs haha. anyway, i had already made the decision to work on one thing at a time, and i chose body language today, and it seems to have worked.
Opinions on either/both topics?
~peace~

Personally, I think it is a DHV to be in the middle of your group and maybe even walking slightly ahead. I CANT STAND BEING BEHIND THE GROUP! In fact, its a definite DLV if you are behind the group so do your best to avoid that! Being in the middle is a DHV but its not crucial just dont be behind.
As for the second topic, it is true, your body language is very intimately conncected to your mind and emotions. If you stand in a confident powerful way, you begin to actually feel that way. If you smile, you begin to feel happy. This is why a lot of time to get my good emotions going, i will yell something enthusiastically like "YEE HA!!!" or something similar and it gets me in that kind of party state.
Hey you brought up two good point there bro good post.

Lead the group from behind. Or always have people looking at you.

Hey you brought up two good point there bro good post. This is actually a proven fact. If you smile, even if its fake, it fools your body and your brain actually recieves happy chemicals. its the same with laughing. I talk about something similar in my post on framing

Nice one! I try to do the same (correcting my walking). Too bad that there never are any HB's walking around.

yeah. And the more practice you do, the more you fool your mind into that being your default setting for body language.

Love walking down the middle of the street and just having people peeling away. Also I love the stares I get from my clothing.
