I re-read that book last night. It really brings up some good points. What really stuck with me was that until you have broken your approach anxiety you CANNOT do anything else in pickup. After that game is just overcoming sticking points as they become apparent FOREVER.
Anyone got thoughts on really applying this to their lives? He goes over Captain Jack's sticking point analysis thing but I dont really have that many opportunities to do cold approaches...

I think it's great to get rid of AA.
But even as an AFC with AA I still managed to progress into rapport/attraction.

I still have a bit of AA. but you CAN game with it. Everyone has AA. Even style and swingcat have a bit of it. It's robotic not to get nervous.
But anyways, If you can get past the opener, you can game easily with girls. At least, twas the case with me. It's hard to game, but it's possible.
The Acceleration Doctrine has alot of good stuff though.

Yeah i think it really boils down to doing cold approaches even with AA. Ive been aware of 'the community' for a couple months now but haven't done a single cold approach. Its pathetic so im just gonna go out an do some even if its just talking to random people without focusing on the outcome. When i was reading about the different kinds of AA in Sinns ebook, I thought about it and I dont really fall under any of the categories. I'll do some tonight if i go out an tell you guys how it goes.

approaching is one of the hardest things to do lol, but after u hook them...your good to go. Its just that initial approach aaaah
