I was trying out some new stuff with my inner game lately and I noticed that I've been feeling much much better!!
Before this concept, I'd have some good days and some bad days.
Sometimes I'd be on fire.
Sometimes I'd be anti-social.
Now, I'm always at least a social person. I may not be on fire 24/7, but I am still happy 24/7.
How is this??
Well.. I just focus on trying to have fun, see everything around me as humorous (not pathetic, just enjoyable to talk about).
Also, the biggest inner game killer is this following belief:
You need something that you can't have and that something is the source to your happiness.
Imagine a random group of people having fun with themselves.
You are looking at them to see that they are having more fun than you. You start to feel pathetic because you are having less fun than them and you start to think "Hmm.. I'm pathetic. I'm not happy. I'm nothing. Look at them having fun with each other, I wish I could be like that."
Well.. here's why it's NOT true:
