Has anyone ever heard of this? it's where you split up your sleep schedule by taking 20 min naps every 3-6 hrs. It's called Everyman Schedule, having 3 20 min naps every 3-6 hrs and 4.5 hrs of "core" sleep. They have more "levels" of it, going all the way to simply 6 20 min naps every 3-6 hours (this is called "Uberman" lol xD) More details here: www.stevepavlina.com/forums/health-fitness/2294-mechanics-polyphasic-sleep.htmlThere's a neat little chart here: ohgodthechicken.com/2008/05/15/32/This could be a challenge, I'd love to try it, but there's MAJOR sleep deprivation, which usually takes a week or so to adjust to if you do it right. I'll probably start it during spring break. The benefits of it is that you have a hell of a lot more time on your hands (working on roughly 5.5 hrs of sleep on the everyman i mentioned and 2 hrs on the uberman)

Haha.. I actually just did this for my science project.I like the Uberman sleep pattern better though, it adds up to only 2 hours of sleep a day. The first week is the hardest but then you get used to it.
