Hey guys! Just chucking out a warning to all the gym people. When you bench press, DON'T push your head back into the bench. I was doing that unconciously and I ended up pinching a nerve. What that feels like its your eye balls snapped off their nerves and are rolling around freely in your head and it feels like theres 9pounds of liuquid swishing around in the back of your head. Hurts like nothing else I've ever experienced, almost passed out lol. So guys, watch the form. Also, if you happen to pinch a nerve, 2 weeks rest minimum. Means don't go anywhere near the gym, even light weights and a jog. Just eat healthy for the 2 weeks, do your neck rolls in the morning and at night and just chillout. Just wanted to warn you guys =)! Take care =)

Oh man I commiserate man, got a pinched nerve attack last year. I had felt it when i ran and stuff but it wasn't that bad until one day HOLY FUCKING SHIT. I couldn't move comfortably for over two weeks, could only walk slower than a turtle while spasming after a few days, generally couldn't move at first. I went to a chiropractor and idk if it helped overall but it did feel better afterwards.

Chiropractors help you not hurt I don't doubt it. I've never been, but I'm sure they don't sit around thinking up ways to hurt you. But they still scare me.
