Hey guys! I've been getting really into MMA and submission wrestling lately and my fitness for wrestlings really bad. I know we've got a ton of wrestlers here, what are some things I should add onto my workout routine to help with wrestling fitness? I isolate a muscle group everyday, cept for saturday and sunday, followed by a 35 minute uphill jog for 6k's. My shoulders aren't great though, could that be a reason? Also, I finish this routine 10 minutes before training, cause that's the only time the gym opens for free. Is that bad? Should I just cut out the jog in favor of training and count training as my daily cardio? Training gets me really sweaty but my heart beat isn't really maintained at the weight loss range for 20 minutes so I don't know about using it as my cardio. But if I stick to this program before training I'm nervous about getting too tired before training and slacking off a little during training (which has happened quite a bit lately). My bad if the question bits a little thick haha, thanks in advance guys

What I do is when I lift I do shoulders and arms one day. Then the next, chest and back. I don't do legs now, but I defiantly should start.
Then after I run (I like running after because running before tires you out) since wrestling is a constant motion, then a sprint, when you run you should run distance and every so often sprint a bit, then slow down, sprint, slow down ect...cuz that is how wrestling is.
Run that hill a bit too, your doing good
