wrong. sorry. what im saying right now may contradict what i said from the original post seeming it's been almost a year since i've wrote it.
buuut, here's the explanation: A girl says all these compliments and validates you like no other right? Do you honestly think she is attracted to YOU or do you think she's attracted to who she WANTS you to be?
any girl can look at a picture of a cute guy and fantasize about how manly and attractive he is just as well as a guy can do the same with a cute girl.
ultimately, she's not attracted to you, she's simply fantasizing complete BS because she's a woman.
you said she said all these things after you went cold right? well guess what's happening as soon as you go warm and say "yeah let's hang out blablabalba". she wont give a fuck any more because her attraction for you was BS and there was no solid proof for herself to back up the thought that she liked you.
this is why i say build comfort. if you build comfort, she has reasons to like you. she has solid proof and she can say to herself "he's this kind of person and this is why i like him"
but even then... online game is pretty sketchy. that's my advice of today.

I had an idea it would probably fade away.
...However, I met her at her school, and she seemed attracted there, too. It doesn't matter though, your theory is right, and I agree.
it's like that cat string theory or whatever whoever called it - but it doesn't rely on emotions, but on the fact that I'm that mysterious guy that she can 'create' in her own head, so that I'm the perfect guy. Guess that's what we'll call cyber attraction from now on? I mean, I could be some random 54 year old guy, but act like I'm the shit on the internet. It's all in your virtual words.

Grape, I beg to differ in an aspect of there is more to attraction than just looks. Loquaciousness and Suave normally also play part. If you are VERY loquacious and the girl never talks but always responds to you, it's a good thing; same for vice versa. Normally two people that talk a lot do not get along unless one changes their style of speaking. I tend to try not to talk too much and get straight to the point.
In regards to suave, if you're rather smooth in what you say things then they'll start to like that or dislike that depending on how good you are at it and what kind of girl they are. There are many factors that build up attraction, but I believe the biggest one is being able to hold up a conversation.
If you are amusing someone for 4 hours + and still not on the friends level but not like just talking about sex or drugs, talking about something legitimate that anyone could jump in that knew about it, then you have a good relationship for a little bit. If you use the cat and string method, then it makes it even better because you leave them at a cliff hanger. They want to know what you're going to say, and instead of letting them know you're telling them that you can't talk at the moment and they're chasing you. I say, if you find a point of interest, ignore them for a few days, then continue with a similar point of interest then you may be able to Game a girl online.
I have done this many times before, and trust me, afterwards it's not really that fun anymore. It sort of gets really boring to me because I get so many fucking IM's from people that I don't want to talk to anymore.
Anyway, 6:53 AM on the east coast of the US, I'm hitting the hay.
Have fun everyone!

you brought up Suave, Loquaciousness, Conversation, Cat String, and then Opposal towards Online Gaming.
the first 3 are about comfort. cat string's about her fantasizing. and then last one is agreeing that online game is just sketchy.
so ultimately online game is all about comfort, but even then it's still sketchy. which is what i just said and you begged to differ by agreeing with me... lol
