In my ROTC class we were marching... The instructor sent the only black guy in the back of the platoon.
It was really funny. Everyone with a sense of humor, including him, died laughing when the instructor told him to go back. We told him to sweep the classroom after, too. (Don't worry, everyone had to clean... We were just picking on him. )

It really depends on your sense of humor, I guess. Some people are okay with it, some aren't.
