Okay so this isnt totally inner game but it does have to do with leadership and i figure something needs to be posted here. Anyway...
Im sure a lot of you have heard that part of being Alpha is never to ask someone for a favor, etc. but to instruct instead. Thats a great way to show leadership, if the AMOG complies, and a lot of time they wont unless they know you are more dominant.
So i had a small epiphany the other day. If you call them by their first name, and then instruct them, they will comply A LOT more often because saying someones first name makes them feel like good friends. So instead of being like "hey you, put this book over there.", try saying "hey ___________, put this book over there." It works a lot better.
