Im gonna basically use this girl as my girlfriend, when I'm not her boyfriend.

i see why you'd want to do that, the problem is after she gets attached to you. it gets harder and harder to get rid of her without any guilt of your own. just try not to fuck her up to bad.

as far as " asking out ", let her know your interested and treat her somewhat as if your going out. whenever she brings up being " exclusive " laugh it off and after awhile she'll want it so bad she'll just start calling herself your girlfriend. no asking necessary.
