Sorry I didn't read this sooner. My beliefs, thoughts, and approach tend to be far more "natural" and confidence driven these days simply because I'm not studying/field practicing enough so I can learn certain techniques. And you need this 3 months ago. But still here is...
My Advice: 1: Act Fast, If she is a quiet HB10 it is most likely because she blossomed later and in another year with all the attention she will get. She will be an entirely different game.
2: Push/Pull You tease her, now openly tell her you like her. Not like a chump, and never tell your friends you like a girl because they are often such miserable AFCs or Naturals that they will ruin your chances one way or another. Just imply that you like her, with a compliment of some kind. Then boom negs, teasing. Back and forth, push pull(change how you act each day).
3. She is shy? DO NOT OVERNEG shy girls are shy for what reason? Self doubt. Girls in high school are far less secure, so when negging you need to be very careful.
4. Isolate, the biggest thing you can ever do is if you have a class together simply work with her. If you are thinking but why would WE work together. Make a reason! I simply tell girls, look your really good at this and I haven't paid any attention...help me out. Most people try to help others.

Even if you think she likes you, if she is hot she has enough guys she can make a move on that she won't make one on you. The guy always has to move first, so what's the worst that could happen. That awkwardness for a week or so after a rejection is well worth the risk unless you are good friends. AMA.
